  Is there anything that exists
  outside of God
  does anything live
  move and breathe
  without God’s consent
  yet we believe
  we can exist apart from God
  that we can turn away from God
  and choose other than God
  but our very breath
  the beating of our fragile hearts
  and our even our freedom
  are the gifted permission of God
  to choose to love Him
  or to deny
  that which gives us life

• Graced Gifts

  We must not
  use our spiritual gifts
  as a platform
  for judgement of others
  for we are not unlike them
  we are capable of
  every form of evil
  ill intention
  and misunderstanding
  whatever small degree
  of goodness we have
  has been graced upon us
  undeservingly
  thus we are commanded
  to love others
  as we have been loved
  that through our love
  and forgiveness
  they may gain some glimpse
  of the great magnitude
  of love and mercy
  God has for them
  if only they accept it

  The gifts of the spirit

  are just that

  they are gifts

  you cannot earn them

  they are experienced

  in moments of grace

  all you can do

  is to love God

  and submit

  to God’s everpresent

  and everlasting love of you

  Write down your creative ideas when you have them.

  The muse likes to know you are paying attention.

  She is more consistent when you are more consistent.

  Besides, you never know which ideas are good until you try them.

  So it is better to start with more ideas than less.

  Creative inspiration is a gift not to be squandered.

  Make the most of what you are given to work with.

• Spiritual Hoarding

  When you live a life according to spiritual principles, good things will inevitably come your way.

  Life will still be difficult, painful, and heartbreaking at times, but it will more often be joyful, rewarding, and purposeful.

  The gifts of the spirit are many and they are great.

  These gifts are meant to be shared, however; they are not meant to be hoarded.

  If you take all of the gifts of a good life and keep them to yourself, without giving back with the gifts you have been given, you will quickly find that it is all hollow and without meaning

  You will find that the gifts themselves were never really the point.
