  • Exceptionally Kind

Your kindness may be the only kindness someone else feels today.

Every interaction, no matter how brief or seemingly inconsequential, is an opportunity to make the world a better place.

In one moment, through a single act of kindness, you have the power to change someone else’s day for the better.

Be the smile amongst the sneers.

Be the comfort amidst the criticism.

    Be the exception.

    Be exceptional.

    Be kind.

  • Aligning Actions And Desires

Imagine what your ideal life looks like in your heart of hearts and then start taking action in that direction.

Every action, no matter how small, adds up over time.

Each step in the direction of your goals tells the universe you are serious, that you are unwilling to idly accept what comes your way as your fate, and that you are willing to work for what you want.

Coordinate your efforts with your desires and the universe will begin to listen.

You will face many obstacles, challenges, and setbacks along the way, but these are just life’s way of asking you if you are serious.

You must prove yourself and your commitment every day until you have no doubts left about what you want.

Once your heart, body, and mind are aligned, the path will become clear.

  • A Life Of Service

Taking care of yourself is not selfishness, but only taking care of yourself is.

In fact, taking care of yourself is the foundation upon which a life of altruism and service are built.

You cannot be of much use to others unless your own house is in good order first.

Without health and stability, your ability to truly help others will be limited and, oftentimes, misguided.

Once your fundamental needs are being met, however, once you are in a position to help others, only taking care of yourself will have diminishing returns with regards to the level of happiness and fulfillment it brings you.

A joyful and rewarding life is not found in a vacuum.

In the end, what you do with and for others is what will give your life purpose and meaning.

  • Deciding To Be Brave

Every act of bravery changes you.

Win or lose, success or failure, you are a better person for being brave.

Do not let results dictate your self talk.

    Results are temporary.

You are brave for as long as you decide to be.

If you act bravely, you are brave.

No one can take that from you.

    No result can change that.

Face your fears, dare greatly, and behave bravely.

After all, what is the alternative?

    bravery, courage, daring greatly

  • Earning Vitality

Schedule your health and well-being first.

    Everything else can wait.

The world is not going to make time for you to take care of yourself.

    You must do that.

Life is not going to accommodate your needs unless you prioritize them.

This requires planning, focus, and discipline.

And most of all, it requires effort.

If you are not actively working to improve your health and well-being, you are losing them.

You may not notice this now, but nature makes no concessions.

Your vitality is not a right.

It is privilege that must be respected, tended to, and earned every day or else it is forfeited.
