Do not look to the world
for truth and comfort
for the world’s truth
is made of lies
and deception
and the world’s comfort
is a bed of fleeting pleasures
look instead to the Lord
whose word
is always true
whose comfort
is always pure
for he is
the giver of hope
the bringer of peace
and the source
of love eternal

God is with you

God knows you and wants you

God is beside you
