Motivational Fear

Fear does not create solutions.

It can, however, create motivation.

Fear’s job is to point you away from risk and sometimes you should listen to fear.

But you cannot have success or progress of any kind, or a meaningful life for that matter, without taking any risks.

As you attempt to improve your life, as you pursue your dreams and your goals, and as you begin to step out of comfort and into growth, fear will try to stop you.

When fear arises, you can either withdraw from risk and allow your fears to keep you from moving forward, or you can take it as a sign that you are about to do something brave and use it as fuel to motivate you.

On one hand, you can tuck your tail between your legs and run the other way, but on the other hand, you can put your head down, lean in, and get to work.

The choice is yours.
