Anger And Vulnerability

If we try to power through our vulnerability with anger, we will eventually run out of anger and be left with only vulnerability.

We can only hold our vulnerability at bay for so long before it reveals itself.

Anger does not make it go away.

Anger is merely a distraction.

It keeps us from facing ourselves.

But, anger is exhausting.

It burns us out and destroys all that is good in our hearts and in our lives.

And, once it is done with us, once we have run out of the fuel needed to feed our anger, it will leave us alone, afraid, and vulnerable.
