Meditations on God

Lord sometimes
you feel so far away
so absent and hard to reach
and yet I know
you are nearer to me
than I am to myself
your very presence
pouring itself out
moment to moment
breathing life into being
you are existence itself
show me the way Lord
back to you
who has never left me
