Consistency is often more important than intensity.
You can give your all for a while.
And this is sometimes necessary.
But it is not sustainable over long periods of time.
There is more to life than work.
You need time to rest, time to relax, and time to recover.
Push yourself when you must.
But learn to pace yourself when you can.
If you truly want to make progress, your effort must be sustainable over a long period of time.
This will take you further in the long run than short bursts of intensity that burn you out.
