We are not meant to understand all that we experience.
All that happens to us and around us is simply too much for us to perceive, process, and manage with our finite minds and emotions.
We will go crazy trying to figure it all out.
It will overwhelm us, causing us undue confusion and frustration.
This will make us less effective for those who need us most.
Sometimes we simply need to let things be what they are.
We need to resist the temptation to understand, to wrap our minds around what is happening, and to process it with logic, reason, and meaning.
Some experiences are better off without our interpretation and interference.
We need to let these things breathe.
We need to let ourselves breathe.
