  • Putting Others Down

The problem with making others feel bad in order for you to feel good is that it doesn’t work.

Putting someone else down may give you a brief sense of accomplishment or satisfaction, but it won’t last.

As the dubious and fleeting pleasure wears off, you crash.

You go back to feeling bad about yourself and your life again.

In order to feel good again, you have to put someone else down again.

This cycle repeats over and over again, but it never really solves your problem which is that you are insecure about your own worth.

Until you solve the problem of your own self-worth, you will continue to seek happiness in ways that will only lead to greater dissatisfaction.

  • Choose Presence

    Life is short.

It will pass by faster than you can imagine.

You cannot slow down time, but you can slow yourself down.

You can be more present and less distracted.

You can choose to make the most of each moment.

You can choose not to waste your time.

    Start now.

  • Give It Time

Don’t allow that which is temporary to become permanent with hasty decisions.

You may be struggling now, but give it time.

    Life moves in cycles.

Things will change and this will pass.

It may not seem like it now, but you will get through this.

On the other side of this, you will be a different person with a different life.

    This is only temporary.

  • Please Keep Going

Your pain in this moment may feel unbearable.

    The future may seem unimaginable.

    Your circumstances may appear intolerable.

    Keep going.

    Please keep going

Ask for help if you need it, but please don’t give up.

You are not alone and we need you to help us make this world a better place.

  • Intrinsic Worth

Don’t let anyone make you question your worth to the point of self doubt or depression.

What other people think of you, say about you, or how they treat you is not a reflection of your worth.

It is a reflection or their character.

    Your worth is intrinsic.

No one can add to it or take away from it.

Find peace, comfort, and strength in your heart.

    Everything else is temporary.
