The divine thread
connecting us to God
is fragile
and easily broken
but not by Him
in truth
we are the thread
in reality
we cannot break away from God
our hearts are woven
into the divine tapestry
that is His love
we simply forget
who and what we are
believing we can be other than
what He has made us to be
