Through Your Fear

If you avoid that which you fear long enough, your fear does not go away; that which you avoid begins to multiply.

When you give into fear, not only does your fear grow stronger, but it also begins to spread.

You start to find that you fear more things than you once did.

Fear is strengthened by our giving in, our backing down, and our running away.

As your fear becomes stronger, it begins to latch onto different aspects of your life.

What you once faced with confidence now causes you trepidation, hesitation, and worry.

Soon, you become trapped by fear, frozen in its clutches, unable to enjoy your life.

The only way out of this trap of isolation and despair is through your fear.
