Relax and take it easy
there is no need to worry
or to scurry about
hurriedly trying to fix the world
to suit your desires
or appease your fears
rather
make a home in the quiet
settle into the space
between your thoughts
where there are no desires
and there are no fears
there is only trust
ascending from within you
to meet the love
descending from the heavens
slowly transforming you
into itself
through faith and grace
