If you won’t ask for help, don’t be surprised when no one helps you.

Don’t be shocked when you have to do everything on your own.

And don’t complain when things don’t work out.

If you refuse to ask for help, you are not a victim.

Life is not doing this to you.

You have chosen to carry this burden on your own.

You are a victim only of your own pride.
